The license plate reader is a piece of equipment that is part of our 3LPR license plate recognition system. Designed and manufactured by i+D3, it is responsible for reading the license plate of vehicles entering and leaving a parking lot. It is installed on each entrance or exit lane where license plates need to be recognized, right next to the automatic barrier. As soon as it captures the vehicle images, these are directly recognized by the LPR Software, performing a license plate reading.
It has a powerful license plate detection camera installed with an IR LED spotlight, which allows it to identify license plates of cars, motorcycles and trucks under any lighting conditions, whether day or night. This feature makes it an efficient and accurate license plate reader, even in the darkest parking lots.
The camera is complemented by LED lighting, functioning as a traffic light to indicate the passage of the vehicle, making it the perfect license plate detector for any type of installation.

License Plate Reading Day and Night
Our license plate reader features an IR LPR camera, enabling license plate reading both in broad daylight and in very low light conditions, such as at night or in dimly lit areas. It therefore offers optimal license plate recognition.

LED Traffic Light
It has a series of LEDs installed, acting as an access traffic light. The device connects to the license plate recognition system, so that when the barrier opens, the traffic light will change from red to green, indicating that the driver can proceed.
